Dan Adley

Dan was appointed CEO shortly after transitioning KTA-Tator, Inc, from a second generation family-owned business to employee ownership, leading the KTA team through two transactions while becoming a 100% employee-owned S-Corp ESOP. As a member of KTA's board of directors, Dan was instrumental in efforts to adopt governance best practices. As CEO, Dan shepherded strategic planning initiatives and was involved in all aspects of finance, operations and risk management, and championed KTA's human systems best practice initiatives in pursuit of its ownership culture and 'employer-of-choice' status
